This Return & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, timelines, fees, and steps for returns and refunds on Anthony-Zhan.com. Some items (especially heavy equipment and freight shipments) have additional requirements.

1) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items typically must be:

  • Uninstalled & unused
    No signs of installation, use, fluids, grease, scratches, or modification.
  • Original packaging
    Includes all accessories, manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
  • Within the return window
    Return requests must be initiated within the stated timeframe below.

2) Return Window

Unless a product listing states otherwise, return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Some product types and special orders may have different return conditions.

3) Non-Returnable / Restricted Items

Common non-returnable or restricted categories include:

  • Installed or used items
    Items showing signs of installation/use are typically not eligible.
  • Special orders
    Custom, made-to-order, or special procurement items may be final sale.
  • Hazard/fluids-related items
    Certain items exposed to oils/coolants/fluids may be restricted.

4) Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For freight items, return shipping can be significant due to size/weight.

Freight returns (heavy items)

Freight returns may require palletization, appointment pickup, and may include carrier fees. If we arrange freight pickup, the cost may be deducted from the refund.

5) Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, especially for large/heavy items or items returned outside the original condition. If a restocking fee applies, it will be communicated during the return authorization process.

6) How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

Email sales@anthony-zhan.com with the following:

  • Order number
    Include the order number and item(s) you want to return.
  • Photos
    Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage (if applicable).
  • Reason for return
    Wrong item, no longer needed, damaged on arrival, defect, etc.

7) Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

8) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. For freight deliveries, inspect before signing and note visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Take photos and keep packaging.

  • Report issues as soon as possible (best within 48 hours).
  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping labels.
  • Do not install or use the item if you suspect damage/defect.

9) Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may affect eligibility for future purchases.

We may update this Return & Refunds Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
