Most small items ship by standard carrier with tracking. Oversized/heavy items ship by freight and may require an appointment. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage quickly.

1) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time covers verification, packaging preparation, and carrier pickup scheduling. Some items may ship from multiple warehouses.

3) Freight Deliveries (Heavy Items)

Certain products (e.g., four-post lifts, large garage cabinets, oil filter crushers, industrial fans) ship by freight. Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless the product listing states otherwise.

  • Appointment required: the carrier will contact you (or you may need to contact them) to schedule delivery.
  • Access matters: ensure a truck can safely access your location; additional fees may apply for difficult access.
  • Liftgate needs: if you don’t have a loading dock/forklift, you may need liftgate service (where available).
  • Signature: many freight shipments require signature at delivery.

4) Tracking & Delivery Updates

When your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address on file (or available in your account if you created one). Freight shipments may provide limited tracking until the carrier assigns a route.

5) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs and/or restocking fees (where applicable).

6) Shipping Damage, Missing Items & Inspection Rules

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage and missing pieces must be reported promptly so we can open a carrier claim or arrange a resolution.

  • Take photos
    Photograph packaging, labels, and product damage (close-up + wide shot).
  • Note visible damage
    For freight, write damage notes on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report quickly
    Report damage or missing items as soon as possible (best within 48 hours).

7) Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, supply chain constraints, seasonal volume, or address/access issues. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist you in tracking and support.

8) International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on product type and carrier options. If available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, and import requirements.

9) Shipping Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
